We agree to exercise due and reasonable care to keep the grooming/kennel premises sanitary and properly enclosed.  Your pet is to be fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in a clean and safe quarters.  All pets are groomed, boarded, or otherwise cared for by me and my staff without liability on our part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury, injury to persons or other pets, or other unavoidable causes due to diligence and care having been exercised.  The pet is not to be taken off the premises except by the consent of the owner, unless veterinary assistance is necessary.
