Arrivals and Departures

You may check in when we open at 8:30 until 12 pm or between 3:30 and 5:30.  You will be charged by the day when arriving in the morning or evenings.  There will be no charge for the last day if you pick up before noon or if your pet is getting a departure service.  We no longer offer Sunday pick-ups.  If the entrance/exit gates are shut, then we are closed.  This is private property.  We sympathize that you would like to pick up your pet as soon as you return; we must maintain a schedule for the comfort and safety of the other pets.

Departure Service

We offer several departure services, from simple nail trims to full grooms. If you are interested in one of our services please let us know when you make your reservation.

PLEASE ALLOW TIME FOR US TO PREPARE YOUR PET.

Occasionally, a pet will mess itself up and must be bathed at the owner’s expense.  IF YOUR PET IS BEING GROOMED OR BATHED, PLEASE PICK IT UP AFTER 1:00 PM.  To allow us time to complete the services you asked for.
