We require 24-hour notice at all times for all cancellations on any and all appointments.  There is a non-cancellation fee.

Grooming $35 and up.
Boarding $30

Deposit may be required for boarding.

• If notified 24 hurs or more in advance, deposit can be refunded to your credit card or kept on your account for future use.
• Deposit  $32 per run non-refundable with less than 24 hours notice.
